Fashioniesta, beauty expert, entertainment consultant, entrepreneur, community socialite are some words that some have chosen to describe me and what I do. As flattered as I may be about them I humbly claim them and know that there is something bigger out there for me.
As a Haitian -American woman, I am also a mother, a wife and pride myself in giving back to my community and being an inspiration to those around me. As a mother of two beautiful children, who are now in their teenage years living in North America, it is my responsibility to leave behind a legacy that they will be proud of. It is with those sentiments that I decided to start this blog. It will be used to positively inspire my followers, my friends, my supporters and other women both here and in the Caribbean region and eventually globally.
I wish to share my personal daily pleasures with you my readers to show you that all that I have are blessing that I have gained not because I am better or greater then anyone but blessed because of the work, time, and sacrifices I chose to make to achieve them. All can be accomplished by you if you choose to work towards a goal, a vision and be committed to them. But commitment does not mean that you have to put aside the basic values we were taught as children, but should be continually applied even to those who may not wish the best towards us.
I will make a difference in my community and the women whom I come into contact with. The daily logs you will read moving forward will, I hope, encourage, motivate, enhance each one of you to continue on a positive journey for your individual success. And if any of the words you read in my pages help you to do so I have successfully done my part.
